OBJECTS :

Dimensions is a networking forum of DTCL (Diamond Trade & Commerce Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and is a movement of Christian businesspersons, Professionals and Entrepreneurs with a dream to create wealth for its Participants and the Community by pooling and harnessing resources and nurturing each others growth in a spirit of transparency, commitment, trust and excellence.

COMMITTMENT :

Self contributory meetings are held on every fourth Saturday of the month. Any Christian Business person, professional or Entrepreneur can attend these meetings by contributing to the monthly participation charges; however, later he/she will have to pay the annual participation charges in advance for the financial year. (April – March).
Dimensions participants shall be known and always be referred to as a “Diamond”. All Diamonds have the opportunity to participate in the activities of Dimensions.

MONITORING AGENCY :

The Board of Directors of Dimensions Trade & Commerce Ltd. shall continue to monitor the activities of Dimensions.

OFFICE :

The Dimensions office will be established in the city of Mumbai

INSIGNIA :

The logo of the Company as reproduced hereunder shall continue to be used by Dimensions for identification and recognition only. The logo shall always be the property of the Company and shall always deem to have belonged to the Company. The logo will be permitted to be used by the appointed chapters only on written permission from the Board of Directors of the Company. Misuse of the Logo by anyone will invite legal action.

CHAPTERS :

For the purpose of spreading the movement of Dimensions and to bring together Christian businesspersons, Professionals & Entrepreneurs around the World, Dimensions shall promote establishment of local units which shall hereinafter be referred to as “Chapters”. The Chapters shall be known by name of the local City/Town such as Dimension Chapter of Mumbai, Dimensions Chapter of Mangalore, and Dimensions Chapter of Vasai etc. If at any time there shall exist need to have more than one Chapter in a City/Town suitable name shall be allotted to the new Chapter by the DTCL Board of directors.

  1. Chapter: Chapter shall mean a minimum of 20 Christian businessmen/professionals, joining the movement of dimension, from within a particular city/town as may be decided by Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd., from time to time. DTCL shall have the sole authority to fix the participation charges. The Chapters shall remit 10% of the participation charges to Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd. This remittance will go towards administration and maintenance costs incurred in conducting day to day operations of Dimensions.
  2. Meetings of Chapters: Diamonds of a Chapter shall meet as often as deem fit but Endeavour will be made to have at least one meeting every month, preferably on a Fourth Saturday at a pre-arranged place to analyze and promote the ideals of Dimension movement.
  3. Participants in a Chapter: The Participants in a Chapter are bound by the decisions of Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd, to further the activities of the Dimension Movement and to keep the participant Chapters informed on all matters.
  4. A chapter shall be disaffiliated on the happening of any of the following:
    1. In the event of a Chapter commits two defaults to remit 10% of self contribution.
    2. Chapter violating any of the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd., failing to take remedial measures within 15 days of notice of such violations. During the period of notice services to such Chapter shall stand suspended.
    3. A Diamond belonging to a disaffiliated Chapter shall not be allowed to participate in any other Chapter unless a period of 6 months has elapsed from the date of such disaffiliation.

Functions of the Chapters :

  1. The purpose of the Chapter is to promote the activities of the Dimensions Movement and to implement the decisions of Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd.,
  2. The Chapter Board of Dimensions shall brief the Diamonds within the Chapter on various programs undertaken by Dimensions, as communicated by Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd.
  3. Any doubts/clarifications arising with regard to the functioning of the Chapters and not covered herein shall be referred to by the Chapter to Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd and the decision of DTCL shall be final and binding upon Chapters.

Code of Ethics to be Followed by Diamonds :

  1. Participants of Dimensions shall proudly announce to one and all that he/she is participant of Dimensions and call each other as Brother Diamond or Sister Diamond.
  2. A Diamond shall consciously and ethically ensure to provide the quality of services at the prices that he/she has committed/quoted.
  3. Shall be truthful and honest with the Diamonds and their referrals at all times.
  4. Shall build goodwill and trust among Diamonds, their families, friends and referrals.
  5. Shall take responsibility for following up on the referrals and requests received.
  6. Shall live up to the ethical standards of his/her business/profession/service/ occupation.
  7. Shall always display a positive and supportive attitude with other fellow Diamonds and visitors.

Administrative Policies :

All Diamonds will have to fill up a “Diamond’s Details” form. The information will be treated as a confidential document.
At the monthly meetings guests will be given 20 seconds to introduce themselves. They will not be permitted to give a presentation nor can they ask for or give referrals.
Payments of Annual contributions towards meeting charges are to be made 30 days prior to the due date communicated by the Chapter Boards.
This contribution is non-refundable and cannot be transferred from one person to another.

Dimensions policies are subject to periodic reviews and changes to reflect the change /progress of Dimensions.
