Dimensions is a movement of Christian entrepreneurs and professionals with a dream to create wealth for its Participants and the community by pooling and harnessing resources and nurturing each others growth in a spirit of transparency, commitment, excellence and trust.

How it all began...

In the beginning there was a dream but the dream was formless. It was phantasmagoric. And then it became a question being asked by Freddy Mendonca : “ Why is the Christian Community individually rich but collectively poor? “ to anyone who would care to listen to him. But there were no answers only the dream to help the Christian Community to grow and prosper.He asked this question for years but got no answers till he voiced this to a new found friend – and the answer was simple: Why don’t you do something about it?

Many meetings and brainstorming sessions later Dimensions was born as a forum of Christian Businessmen and Professionals who took up the challenge of converting the dream into reality. More brainstorming and it took shape as Dimensions Trade and Commerce Ltd. Another brainstorming session conducted by Mr. George Menezes, the management guru and the Vision statement was born, conceived with the sparks from the brightest Christian entrepreneurs and professionals. The Vision Statement says it all.

And Freddy was happy to see his dream being converted to reality……….

DIMENSIONS:

There are a large number of successful businessmen, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the Christian community who would like to share their success stories with others and be involved in helping with the success and growth of others within the community. This can only be achieved by bringing people together on a common platform, with a common vision and aim.

Dimensions was born as a movement to bring Christian businessmen, entrepreneurs, professionals together for mutual connectivity and growth and thus create an environment of success for all based on Christian values.

Participants of Dimensions consist of businessmen and professionals from various walks of life like legal, medicine, industry, investment, education etc. They aim at creating wealth and using the same for community development.

*Dimensions* Participants meet to promote their businesses, ideas, encourage new business alliances and work towards success of the community Participants and themselves. Participants are referred to as 'diamonds' - as they are multi-faceted and shining. Diamonds personally network at monthly meetings and communicate with each other via various media of communication for their mutual benefit. The idea is to do business within the community and promote each other's business wherever possible to others.

Contributory networking breakfast meetings are held on the 4th Saturday of every month. There is no formal Participants, rules, fees etc. Meetings start at 8am with an opening prayer. Participants then introduce themselves and their business and mention if they have any specific need or contact in any firm. They close with a 'memory hook' which is a slogan relating to their business and, which serves to imprint them & their business in the minds of diamonds present. Each one is given 60 seconds to do this. At the end of the meeting those who can help any of the Participants give them referrals in the form of names & phone numbers to contact.

These meetings help businessmen, professionals etc to have a progressive interaction which includes a strong dose of knowledge exchange thus helping every businessman in the of growth of his business. Dimensions also aspires to be a breeding ground for the youth to pursue entrepreneurship,

A lot of Participants have benefited vastly from their attendance at these networking meetings not only by way of the inputs but also by way of business referrals etc. A lot of deals have been struck and you can benefit by being a part of the highly vibrant Christian Business network, which Dimensions stands for.
